Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, ownership and risk of the parcel transfers to the customer.
- LY Brewica Coffee is not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed after handover to the courier.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer — re-delivery fees are borne by the customer.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping to your location is not possible.
